I’m off to Charleston for a long weekend at a gorgeous Bed and Breakfast on the beach.  Sigh.  I’ll be bringing plenty of greens, strawberries, radishes, and spring garlic from Flying Cloud Farm’s CSA, and tonight I think we’re doing a giant crab boil with homemade hush puppies!  My favorite Charleston Restaurants:  Jestine’s for great low country southern fare, Hank’s for upscale seafood, and Basil for five-flavor flounder.  Oh, yum.  More reports upon my return.
