Hi…I was in Asheville this past weekend for a wedding and the rehearsal dinner was catered by Artisan Catering. They served an awesome Cornbread Salad…..have you tried this yet? I contacted the chef to see if he would possibly share the recipe but have not heard back. Was wondering if you or any of your readers knew how to make this awesome side dish?

BTW….Asheville is awesome! Had some great meals while in town and I have to say The Grand Bohemian was a great place to stay!
