NY Times 101 Thanksgiving Ideas!!!

From chutneys to trimmings to pies, it’s all here.  I guess there is a god, and he’s a food writer.  That explains. . .  so much.  Put down those heavy cookbooks, slimy with congealed creamed soup or tomato sauce.  Keep your piles of cooking mags in the closet or the magazine rack where they won’t get soggy.  Because from here on out you only need to consult a single source for your Thanksgiving recipes.  For delicious, innovative, fast, and especially simple Thanksgiving dishes, look no further than this article in this week’s New York Times.

My sister has been waiting for this essential list from the Times Minimalist since July.  This may take care of my entire winter recipe catalogue.   I can’t wait to get started.
